Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation by Guest

Reservations cancelled more than 7 days before arrival may qualify for a refund of any deposit paid.

Reservations cancelled within 7 days of arrival may be non-refundable.

No Show

Failure to arrive on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice will be considered a no-show and any deposit paid may be forfeited.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the reservation.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and banking institution.

Changes to Reservations

Requests to modify reservation dates are subject to availability and approval.
